Frequently asked Questions
We ship all orders out within 2 business days of ordering. We use 2-3 day priority shipping for 99% of shipments.
We will gladly take returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order.
You will recieve a tracking number in an email when your order ships. You can login to your account to check the status or go to the Track my Order page.
Please send us an email and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Additionally, you can message our live chat during chat hours.
If your order has not yet shipped out, please get in touch with us ASAP and we will do our best to change the address.
We currently only ship in the United States. Stay tuned for international shipping!
